Your team did a bang up job on the rental property Tuesday.  It was beautiful.  I opened the door and it smelled clean and was so sparkly.  They did a great job on the appliances.  It was exactly what I want my properties to look like when I have a brand – new tenant moving in.  The tenants were so happy!
